deploy MasterCards inControl service to consumers,
adding new functionality for cardholders by the end
of this year. The new service will give cardholders
the ability to set spending limits, set budgets and

activity.

Lewis County Sheriff's investigators have arrested
two men for sending threatening text messages to each
other on their cell phones.
Investigators say 26 year old Scott Gaba of Lowville
sent 34 year old Jeffrey Hanno of Glenfield a text
message threatening to do physical harm to him if
he did not stop sending text messages to Gabas girlfriend.

The significance of Chris Pagets work is that it shows
