Mechanical Contractor serving Delaware Valley Tri-State Area and South and Central Florida for Construction and Service. (Service Fleet with approximately 200 vehicles)

PageGate is integrated on one server with a dedicated modem. Mission critical service dispatching software sends ASCII text regarding service calls or dispatcher queries out to a "share" on a Linux platform running Samba. The server queries the "share" every minute looking for new ASCII file input and if it finds it, cross tables the query to our alpha pager directly (cross between employee number and pager access data) and "sends" the text page out over the modem.
