The city of Everett, MA deployed the PageGate GUI Client to workstations within their dispatch center for manual messaging of personnel and configured PageGate to read data from a CAD system to automate certain types of messages. PageGate allows any dispatcher to send notifications to police, fire, EMS, maintenance and administrative staff — including BOLO notifications, incident details, overtime notifications, shift changes and schedule updates. A system was also implemented to deliver second, third and fourth fire alarms to priority personnel such as fire captains and chiefs.
