Integration with Tyler Technologies CAD

PageGate integrates with Tyler Technologies CAD using the GetAscii module. Tyler Technologies CAD outputs dispatch files that PageGate monitors for SMS delivery.

Configure GetAscii

  1. Open PG Admin. Go to Interfaces — GetAscii — Settings.
  2. Set Polling Directory to match the output directory of the CAD system.
    If unsure of the output path, contact the CAD vendor's technical support.
  3. Check Enabled. Click Apply. Enable for all groups and recipients.
