RedAlert Features & Benefits: With RedAlert[tm] and
PageGate every computer on the network can send pages through
a single phone line and modem. Firefighters will receive pages
containing the location and description of a call as the call
comes in. The dispatcher does not do any additional work.
The system is automated based on each departments needs.

System - The RedAlert™ Entry Level System is built
with the same architecture that was used to develop the
RedAlert™ Millennium System. It has all of the features
that are needed to comply with your department's record
keeping requirements at an affordable cost

- The Millennium Series includes over 38 modules designed
for career, volunteer, and combination departments. This
products is for fire departments that have very specific
requirements and also require different levels of customization.
The Millennium Series is also designed to run on Local
and Wide Area Networks
Aided Dispatching - The RedAlert™ Computer Aided
Dispatching System provides a complete solution for generating
real time responses and tracking apparatus on emergency
calls. It interfaces with several of the modules provided
in the records management system. The system can be configured
to match your department's dispatching methods by offering
customized preplan screens and run card printouts. The
Computer Aided Dispatching System is ideal for towns/communities
that perform their own dispatching but don't require a
system developed for a large city. The system can easily
accommodate dispatch centers responsible for 50 apparatus
and 15 remote stations
Enterprise - The Client Server Enterprise Edition
utilizes several Client/Server and ODBC compliant databases.
They include, but are not limited to, Oracle, MS SQL Server,
Informix, Access, and Sybase. This system was designed
specifically for fire departments that require remote
access from sub stations and have a need for a more robust
database backend. The Client Server Edition includes all
modules found in the Millennium Series and Millennium
CAD Systems. The RedAlert™ Client/Server Enterprise System
is one of the few true Client/Server systems available
to the Fire Service. Most management systems available
on the market are not Client/Server Based, but instead
rely on table based file systems or utilize archaic mainframe
technologies. For substation access, these systems must
rely on a dedicated PCAnywhere/remote control solution.
The drawback with this approach is that it ties up a machine
and only one connection can be made at a time.
Management - The RedAlert™ Ambulance Management
System is designed specifically for Ambulance and Rescue
agencies. With this system Alpine can design fully customized
EMS forms according to specifications of the customer.
Forms can be developed for the main EMS Incident Entry
Form, individual Patient Entry Forms, and Billing Forms.
All forms can have accompanying printed reports as well.
In addition to the customized forms, any other RedAlert
Module can also be configured into the system. This will
allow the agency to completely computerized the administration
PageGate Features & Benefits: PageGate is a network
paging gateway that sends text messages or numeric messages
to alphanumeric pagers, cellular phones, PIMs or pager cards.
PageGate uses interfaces to send text messages.
