Hi, welcome to NotePage news.

Support Tips — Carrier Consolidation

Many carriers that have gone through buyouts are restructuring their SMS networks, taking old terminals off-line and merging host information. A good example is USA Mobility (which absorbed Arch and Metrocall). Most messages can now be delivered through their Arch hosts and terminals.

Support Tips — Avoid Group Loops

When setting up groups, do not loop them. For example, if Group 2 is a member of Group 1, do not add Group 1 to Group 2's member list — this causes an infinite message loop that will cause serious issues.

Support Tips — SMTP Settings

If a carrier has changed their cell phone or pager domain, it may take time for us to update the website. If a carrier's SMTP settings are in question, contact the carrier for verification — and let us know so we can update our records. View carrier settings

Zetron & PageGate

PageGate supports a direct serial connection (TAP/TAPI) to a paging terminal such as Zetron. Refer to the NotePage Forum for setup instructions.
