PageGate v10 supports MS SQL (Express and Server), opening up new disaster recovery and high availability options. Two key methodologies:

In-line Failover — A single SQL database on a separate server; if one PageGate server goes down, another takes over immediately since all configuration lives in the shared database.

Load Balanced — Each PageGate server has its own SQL database with PageGate's synchronization handling replication. All servers sit behind a single hostname for real-time load balancing.

If you wish to schedule an upgrade or time with NotePage technical support you must have PageGate Priority Support, and you must be on the current version to add it to your license. In addition to priority access, all version upgrades are available free of charge while Priority Support is active.

Due to the large volume of spam, many carriers have implemented anti-spam protocols impacting legitimate SMTP-delivered messages. Carriers' public Email-to-SMS gateways are no longer reliable for moderate or high volume environments — avoid them for systems sending more than 250 messages per day.
