Configure the FireTextResponse Carrier
Open the PG Admin.
Right click on Carriers, left click on Add.
Set the following:
Name: FireTextResponse
Protocol: SMTP
Carrier Domain: ftralerts.com or ftralerts.net (use the domain from your Fire Text Response addresses)
Port: [Determined by your method of SMTP delivery]
Click Apply.
Go to Carriers — FireTextResponse — Template.
In the
Text section, enter the following:
MSGCAD * %Message%
Click Apply.
When adding recipients, enter the Fire Text Response email address in the ID/PIN field.
