Integrating The Fire Horn
with PageGate
Send Text and SMS Messages from/to The Fire Horn
Follow these steps to use The Fire Horn with PageGate.
The Fire Horn provides a CGI URL for clients
to submit messages to and they can use PageGate's
HTTPGET protocol to do so:
1) Open the PG Admin.
2) Right click on Carriers,
left click on Add.
3) Specify the following:
Name: FireHorn
Protocol: HTTPGET
Host: thfirehorn.com/api/software_relay/text_message/YourSiteKeyHere/
Port: 443
Max Chars: 600 |
4) Click on Apply.
5) Go to the Carriers - FireHorn
- Template section.
6) In the Text section of
the Template, enter the following:
|message|%Message%
7) Click on Apply
