Welcome to the PageGate Client installation tutorial.
In this tutorial, we'll be going over how to install
PageGate in a Windows XP environment.
For steps on how to install the program on Windows
Vista, please visit our Windows Vista PageGate
Installation tutorial.
The first step is to visit our website, www.notepage.net
In the very center of the page, you should see
the PageGate section.
In the PageGate section, you'll notice that we
have three options: More Information, Download,
and Buy Now.
For the purposes of this tutorial, left click
on the Download option.
It may take the website a few seconds to respond
but you should see this prompt come up.
You'll want to left click on the Save option
and, when asked where you want to save it, be
sure to select the Desktop for easy reference
later.

Now that we have the PageGate installation file
downloaded, double click on the file to run it.
You may be prompted by this open file security
warning.
If so, left click on the Run option.
The installation will extract and give you this
prompt.
You'll notice that there are four installation
options.
To proceed, left click on Install PageGate GUI
Client.
On the first step, you don't necessarily have
to view the read me or release notes, so click
on Next.
On the second step, please read the EULA carefully
and click on Next.
On the third step, you can choose the destination
folder for the program. By default, the program
installs to the Program Files directory on your
C: drive but you can change this by clicking on
Browse.
Be sure to set your installation directory, then
left click on Next.
Click on Next on the Fourth and Fifth steps and
the installation will commence.
When the installation is complete, click on the
Finish button.
