If the status of a connector is stopped, it indicates that the connector is not running and this can be caused by a few things.
•The appropriate connector will need to be checked in the "Run on this server" section in the Program - Settings section of the PageGate Admin.
•The PageGate server must be running. If you're running PageGate as an application, launch the PageGate server from the shortcut in the start menu. If you're running PageGate as a Windows Service, start the PageGate service. For more information, see the Run Styles section of the documentation.
