PageGate can easily be integrated with Honeywell Alarm Panels with the GetTAP module. Honeywell Alarm Panels can output the TAP protocol by modem or by serial line, either of which GetTAP can accept.
Configure PageGate's GetTAP Module
Open the PageGate Admin. Go to Interfaces — GetTAP — Settings.
Set the Serial Port field to match the COM/Serial port of the modem or serial line this system is plugged in to.
Specify port settings to mirror the Honeywell Alarm Panel:
Baud Rate: [Mirror panel setting]
Parity: [Mirror panel setting]
Data Bits: [Mirror panel setting]
Stop Bits: [Mirror panel setting]
Init String: ATS0=1 (for modem) or direct (for serial line)
Put a check in Enabled.
Click on Apply. When prompted, you do want to enable this for all existing groups and recipients.
