I am aware of PageGate loaded onto over 25 workstations, but 2 seem to solicit this same error..."database does not exist". Has anyone seen this and have a clue how to resolve it? I installed Pagegate on to a new computer as of yesterday and it loaded correctly and is functioning properly. On the two computers in question, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but to no avail.

My first instinct would be to check the Windows network settings and network neighborhood to verify that those two workstations can see the appropriate network path to access the database.

If the system can't see the network path, the program can't either.

I have checked all of the settings, verified the paths, the correct server and I can ping the database by name.....now what?

Are you giving the PageGate client the UNC path or are you mapping a drive?

Also, what sort of network permissions do these two users have to the network directory?

It is loaded via the pathway not via a mapped drive. I am an admin on the network and I get the error message. The permissions are the same on the other 24 computers, could it be a licensing issue?

Are the new workstations Vista by any chance?
