I have a situation going on with T-Mobile. I am currently using PageGate 5.0 and I am not doing any kind of relay through our local SMTP servers. We are using a sub domain in the settings. x.x.com Last week we notice messages going to 10digit.tmomail.net were not making it to the end users. Looking through our logs we see the following. I have XXX out our domain.

****This message I just put my name in the from field****
It says messages are successful but the end user never receives the text. If I turn on relay and push through our local SMTP server messages begin working. Has T-Mobile started blocking our subdomain? I created a ticket with them but have not heard anything.

This may sound ilke a bit of a random question but if you open the PG Admin and go to Connectors - Global - SMTP, what do you have specified for the Local Domain field? |

Hm... I would assume that's the email domain for your organization, in which case we need to take a finer look at the logs. If you would, please email the c:\PageGateData\Logs\*.log files from the PageGate Server to support at notepage dot com |
