NotePager Pro send SMS by modem

Hi all,
I try to send SMS from Solarwinds by modem use NotePager Pro
Modem is connected by USB, on COM3.
With Putty and AT commands AT+CMGF=1 and AT+CMGS=xxxxxxxxx I succesfully send sms. But I cannot correct configure NotePager.

Roman,

If you go to Tools - Settings - Modem, do you have the Modem Port set to 3? Also, please post the connector log so we can take a look at what's happening when the program tries to communicate with your modem.

The problem you're running in to is that the modem is reporting that there's no dial tone on the phone line plugged in to it:

Wait, I just looked at your original message. Are you trying to use a Cellular Modem to deliver messages or a POCSAG dial-up modem?

Ah, now I understand. Since you want to use a Cellular Modem and you want to integrate SolarWinds' software with ours, I would really recommend using PageGate. NotePager Pro can integrate with Orion but doesn't quite have the robust hardware support for Cellular Modems that PageGate does. Also, NotePager Pro can only run as an Application whereas PageGate can run as a Windows Service, which is better for integrating with an Alerting system as Windows services aren't logon dependent.
