Integration with Crimestar CAD

PageGate integrates with Crimestar CAD using the GetMail interface.

Configure GetMail

Run PG Admin as Administrator. Go to Interfaces — GetMail — Settings. Check Enabled.
Create a sub-domain (e.g. alert.something.com) and redirect its DNS records to the PageGate server. Enter it in the Local Domain field.
Click Apply. Enable for all. Go to Program — Settings, check GetMail, click Apply.

Configure Crimestar CAD to send dispatch alerts to the appropriate PageGate address for SMS translation.
