Sign up for a Bandwidth account at bandwidth.com. Upon registering you will receive your Bandwidth phone number, account ID, token and password.
Configure Bandwidth in PageGate
Open PG Admin. Right click Carriers, select Add.
Set the following:
Carrier: Bandwidth
Protocol: HTTPPOST
Host: messaging.bandwidth.com/api/v2/users/{accountId}/messages
Port: 443
Max Chars: 160
Click Apply.
Go to
Carrier — Bandwidth — Template. In the
Text section enter:
|from|+17818290500 (your Bandwidth phone number in international format)|
|to|%Pin%|
|text|%Message%|
Click Apply.
Go to Carrier — Bandwidth — Advanced. Enter your Token ID in Username and your account password in Password. Click Apply.
Create Recipients
Right click Recipients, select Add.
Give the recipient a name. Set Carrier to:
Bandwidth. In ID/PIN, enter the cell phone number in international format.
Example: +17818290500
Click Apply.
