How is PageGate Used?

The James Madison University's IT operations center uses PageGate as the only paging system for their IT Operations. PageGate receives messages from Dell software, Zenoss monitoring system and others to page systems team members on issues of hardware and application. James Madison University has been using PageGate for over 10 years.
