Guardian Air serves a large area of Northern Arizona and bordering states, with air bases located in Flagstaff, Cottonwood, Page, Tuba City, Show Low, Kingman and Winslow. Guardian Air has a fleet of seven helicopters and one fixed-wing aircraft are equipped to transport patients of all ages and diverse conditions, including high-risk maternity patients and premature infants. The aircraft are staffed by specialty nurses and paramedics who deliver critical care services.

Guardian Communications Center utilizes Superion (SunGard/OSSI) Computer Aided Dispach Sytsems (CAD) and uses PageGate to handle the automatic and manual paging via smtp text to their crews and support teams.
