Brinks Security uses PageGate to dispatch pages to the technicians to service ATM related issues based on requests received from the customers. PageGate is a very critical piece of software. The pages/text messages have to go out in a timely manner. If they are not dispatched in a timely fashion Brinks will be missing the SLA/service, which would significantly impact their business.
