How to Install PageGate Transcript for Video:
Welcome to the PageGate Server installation tutorial. In this tutorial, we'll be going over how to install PageGate in Windows. These steps are valid for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10, Server 2008, Server 2012 and Server 2016 with GUI.
The first step is to visit our website, www.notepage.net
In the very center of the page, you should see the PageGate section.
In the PageGate section, you'll notice that we have three options: More Information, Download, and Buy Now.
To download the installation file, left click on the Download option.
Depending on what web browser you’re using, the prompt will look a little different but regardless of which browser you’re using, please save the file.
After the file has been downloaded, right click on it and select "Run As Administrator". If you are prompted by the User Accounts Control, allow this process to run.
You’ll then see the extraction routine happen and you’ll be presented with four installation options.
Select the Install PageGate Server option.
Click Next.
Select whether or not you want to view the ReadMe File and/or Release Notes, then click Next.
Please read the End User License Agreement (EULA), then select "I accept the agreement" and click Next.
In the next step, you will be prompted for the PageGate Server installation directory. By default, the installation directory is C:\Program Files(x86)\NotePage\PageGate\
The installation directory can be changed to any local path. Click Next to proceed.
In the next step, changes to the program group PageGate will appear under in the start menu can be made. Click Next to proceed.
Select whether you want to create a Desktop Icon for PageGate and click Next.
Click Install to begin installing the PageGate Server.
