Welcome to the video tutorial on how to cancel messages with the PageGate Client. In this tutorial, we’ll be going over the different methods of cancelling messages available to the PageGate’s GUI Client.
There are a few ways to cancel messages in the Client. To immediately cancel all messages, simply right click on the word Pending and say whether or not you want to cancel all messages.
To cancel a single message or selection of messages, you can either go to View – Pending or click on Pending here on the bottom and that will bring up the list of all pending messages this workstation is allowed to see.
To cancel a single message, highlight it, then click Delete.
To cancel multiple messages, you can control click or shift click to select whichever messages you want to cancel, then click Delete.
When finished, click Close.
