As of Monday November 24, 2003, cellular users can change service providers while maintaining their cellular number. In addition, home phone numbers can be ported to wireless phones.

Version 5 of PageGate is on the horizon. As a convenience, two new add-ons have been made available to existing version 4 users.

SNPP-In Gateway — Allows messages to be sent into PageGate using SNPP and then redistributed to the appropriate individuals. Requires PageGate's Commandline/ASCII interface and a 5000 pager license or larger. Supports running as an application or Windows service.
