Critical Alert Systems Integration

Send Text and SMS Messages from Critical Alert Systems
To Integrate PageGate with Critical Alert Systems follow these steps.

Critical Alert Systems has two different hosts that you can use based on whether the end client is using CAS/UCOM or CAS/Teletouch.

Follow these steps to use CAS/UCOM with PageGate

1) Open the PG Admin.

2) Right click on Carriers, left click on Add.

3) Name the Carrier: CASUcom

4) Set the following:

Protocol: SNPP
Host: snpp.ucom.com
Max Chars:' 240

5) Click on Apply.

To add an CASUcom Recipient:

1) Open the PG Admin.

2) Right click on Recipients, left click on Add.

3) Give the Recipient a name.

4) Set the Carrier to: CASUcom

5) In the ID/PIN field, enter the 10 digit ID of the device you want to message.

6) Click on Apply.

Follow these steps to use CAS/Teletouch with PageGate

1) Open the PG Admin.

2) Right click on Carriers, left click on Add.

3) Name the Carrier: CASTeletouch

4) Set the following:

Protocol: SNPP
Host: snpp.teletouchpaging.com
Max Chars: 240

5) Click on Apply.

To add an CASTeletouch Recipient:

1) Open the PG Admin.

2) Right click on Recipients, left click on Add.

3) Give the Recipient a name.

4) Set the Carrier to: CASTeletouch

5) In the ID/PIN field, enter the 10 digit ID of the device you want to message.

6) Click on Apply.
