Email to HPEPRINT Capable Printer

I am trying to get our QED CAD to send dispatch run times to a HP Printer that has a Eprint.com email address.

it works going to a my email address but not to the printer. I spent hour with a HP Chat group trying to figure it out with no luck.

Please help.

How can I get you a copy of the logs.

To find the location of the logs, open PG Admin and go to Program - Settings. Once there, it should note the 'Logs Directory' on the right hand side. The files we'll need to see are the .log files from that folder and, if you would, please email them to support at notepage dot com with a subject reference to this forum thread.
