Hi,
I have installed note page pro and then tried to configure the modem , the model number of the modem is "SIMAD0 GDT11" and i have connected the modem via serial cable to the system but the note page pro is not detecting the modem
I have connected the modem via hyper-terminal and then used the AT command and i got the reply as "ok".
what i have to do for detecting the modem in note page pro or the modem is supported by note page pro, can i get some models & names which is support by note page pro.

Just to go over the basics first, what COM port is the device installed to and what version of Windows are you using? |

In NotePager Pro, go to Tools - Settings - Modem and set the Modem Port to 3, then try to send a test message and let us know what happens, please. |

Skip the "autodetect" - go to TOOLS -> SETTINGS -> MODEM and select Com Port 3_________________ Aaron D. Osgood

We don't have a specific list of hardware but our clients have had better success with Multitech cellular modems. |

Hi Tech Support ,
Can you come in a web-ex session to check it and tell me whether the issue is with the modem or any thing else.

Is this a USB modem? If so - you are likely having issues with the Windows USB-COM port drivers.
Try this:
Can you access the modem via Hyperterminal or PuTTY?_________________ Aaron D. Osgood
