I'M RUNNING WINDOWS XP....EXCEED ALL SYSTEM REQUIRMENTS HAVE A Creative Modem Blaster Flash56 DI5601-1 (COM4) AND USING NPTEPAGE 32 THE FREE VERSION.......ANY SURGGESTIONS

This issue is addressed on our NotePager 32 / NotePager Pro FAQ page, under the heading "NotePager 32/ NotePager Pro cannot detect my modem." .
