When using NotePager32, the carrier number is dialed and the carrier line answers but NotePager does not see a connection to the carrier and times out and disconnects. I have verified that the carrier number is correct. I am out of ideas of what to do. Can anyone help?

The most common problems with communications is having an improper init string. Can you please post the following information:
1. The make and model of your modem
2. The init string you are currently using (on the carrier setup screen)
3. The phone number you are using
4. The communication settings (i.e. baud, parity, databits, etc.) from the carrier setup screen.
5. The version of Windows you are running.
6. The version of NotePager 32 you are running.
Thanks.

Try this init string with your baud set to 300:
AT&FQ0V1X4&D2N0+MS=B103,0
