The DB is setting under program files/pagegate and the pagegate folder is shared out

Well, at least we've established that the PageGate database folder is shared on the network. Now, you need to make sure that the users that are going to be accessing the system from the workstations have "Full Control" (Well, they don't have to have Full Control but they do need to have Read, Write, and Modify) of the PageGate Database directory for both the sharing AND NTFS permissions.
Now, since you use the GetWeb module and publish sites/content to the web server, is the Web Pages path shared on the network as well?
