In the PageGate Admin, right click on the Recipients section, then left click on Cancel Messages. Put a check in Cancel all Pending messages and click on apply.

we have a lot of recipients that had their carrier changed for some reason, this was the reason for nothing going out. Actually this is prob the real reason why it quit working but at least I got an upgrade out of it for them. :)
