I get the following errors connecting remotely to pagegate.

pgadmin: Excessive database errors: 3219 Invalid operation. in Procedure: tadmin_resize Program Halted

pgclient: Fata; database error: 3219 Invalid operation. in Procedure: show_usersProgram Halted

the programs worked last week from anywhere in any of my domains.

This week they I can only connect from inside the domain where pagegate resides. we are on version 5.0.0.5

my network admin promises nothing has changed between domains.

I can browse the network, and open the access database and view the tables from any domain.

I will compress and email the database to u.

I did receive your database but as far as I can tell, there aren't any problems with it at all. Unfortunately, I don't have multiple domains, so I can't do a proper simulation of your environment but there isn't anything within the structure of the database that would yield the error you're receiving.

That means that something is preventing the Admin/Client on your second domain from properly opening or reading the database variables. The question is... what could it be?

There is a minor build update, 5.0.0.8, that's available for download. You may want to update to build 8 on the server and the secondary admins/clients. I don't know that it will fix the problem but the update helps things on the server, in the background, and fixes a few minor bugs, so it's worth installing regardless.

thx, I'll download the latest version and give that a try.

as for AV updates, we use the same AV software throughout the enterprise and the workstations I tested all had the same definition and engine version numbers.
