PageGate service constantly starting/stopping

Hello,

I am using PageGate version 4.0 on a Win2000 server. The PageGate system has been flooding the event logs, and after examination I noticed that PGDial1 and PGDial2 are constantly starting and stopping, about 2 or 3 times a minute which is causing the event log to fill up daily and has hung the server multiple times. The applicaiton log simply says PGDial1 service stopped and then a few seconds later PGDial1 serviced started.

I have no idea why this is occuring, could someone please help me out!
