I have the fax-modem in my PC, that works properly for the fax uses.
But for some reason this modem is not detected by the program.
Error note: "NotePager Pro unable talk to your modem".

It's a COM port issue. The problem you're running into is that the faxes on the system are constantly monitoring the modem for incoming calls. The problem with that is that when NotePager Pro attempts to grab the modem to pick up the phone line, it isn't being allowed to.
