I cannot get messages at this location to be accepted by any carriers - tmobile or verizon. I have the same setup at another location and it works fine. I have imported the carrier and receipent files from the location that works. What could I have wrong. Thanks in advance. Log is attached.

More often than not, this is caused when something is interfering with port 25 either on your network or on the PC itself. This can be caused by a firewall, antivirus, or port 25 could just be blocked on your network. So, the first thing we need to do is find out if port 25 is open or closed:

1) In Windows, go to the Start menu and click on Run.

2) In the run line, type the following and click on OK: command

3) In the command prompt, type in the following and hit Enter: telnet smtpsp1.vtext.com 25

Let me know what happens.
