When the user clicked on the pagegate pager list screen the paging list went blank and the user had to exit
and then reenter the pagegate application. This is on the client.

In relation to this and your other post, we need to narrow down ehre the problem is coming from. Is this happening only on specific workstations or on all of them?
Also, if you would, give this a try:
Before you begin, please ake a copy of the pagegate.mdb file on the root C:
1) Stop all PageGate Services, close the Admin, Monitor, and all GUI Clients.
2) Browse to the PageGate program directory on the PageGate Server.
3) Run the jetcomp.exe file.
4) In the Source, browse to the root c: and select the pagegate.mdb file there.
5) In the Destination, enter the original location of the PageGate Database.
6) Click on compact.
That should take care of any database errors that have managed to pop up in the tables and may resolve the issue.

In relation to this, does this happen with all of the GUI Clients or only on specific workstations?
