Is there a "direct" tech support number to call instead of using this forum? I have yet to hear back from anyone on this issue. Yesterday i resent the logs to no avail. Last night PageGate crashed on us again with the same error! We have a 24/7 Call Center that is dependent on this program....we need to have this resolved!

Just as a general update for the forum, the trouble, so far, has been narrowed down to the fact that PageGate's database is hosted on a network location and not on a drive local to the actual PageGate Server. For whatever reason, there have been either network hiccups, dropped packets, or some other thing that's causing the Scheduler to intermittently lose contact with the database. At first, this wasn't much of an issue but each time this happens, "fluff" bits of data get stuck in the table headers.

His database should have been 2 MB. It was 407MB. After a quick compact and repair and relinking a few table entries, everything now seems to be functioning properly.
