I am having the same problem. Had the old version on the old computer, downloaded the new version on the new computer (XP Professional), It was working fine. Now it locks up with the black border around it and when i try to end in task manager it opens the wizard. Then when I open it again its frozen again.

I have an update available for you to try. Could you please email 'forumsupport@notepage.com' and request the NotePager 32 startup fix version, if you want to give it a try.
