Possible to configure when & how often services restart?

Is it possible to restart the services at a different time than 2400? We would like the services to restart during our workday so that we can monitor them in case there's any error while restarting.

Also, is it possible to restart the services less frequently than once per day?

The time and frequency of PageGate's cleanup routine is hard coded into the program itself. It's not really anything that can be changed or updated.

Another way to monitor the system is to install NotePager PRO on a different workstation on the network. NPP can watch the PageGate engine and send notification is a service fails to start. The price for a licensed copy of NPP is only $29.95 USD.
