I am having trouble getting the Page Gate Monitor to appear on a networked client machine. The monitor will appear but does not actually display current data.
This previously worked for the client and they were migrated to a different server. The IP address has been updated already?
I would appreciate suggestions.

Hmm... the first thing I would recommend is verifying the IP address of the workstation where the additional PG Monitor is installed. Once you have the IP address, go to the server copy of the PageGate Admin and go to the Logging - Settings section. That workstation's IP address needs to be in one of the PG Monitor Host slots.
