Where I found the SNPP and WCTP name server thatīs carriers India and Pakistan.

Generally, if you want to find out what the SNPP and WCTP hosts are for carriers based in India or Pakistan you have to find out what the carrier's name is and, unfortunately, you generally will have to contact that company's Tech Support directly.
