| Just downloaded NP32. I installed it, but when I run it to use the app. it just locks up on the splash screen with the options to upgrade or continue. But I cant do either, app just locks up. Any suggestions? Cheetah

This is a bug we used to have in an older installation of NotePager 32. It sounds like you may have downloaded an older build of the installation that hadn't been updated on the FTP server, so here's what I'd like you to do:
1) Competely uninstall NotePager 32.
2) After doing a full uninstall of NotePager 32, check to see if the NotePager32 folder still exists under Program Files. If it does, delete it.
3) Go to Start - Run.
4) Type the following and click on OK: regedit
5) Go here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\
6) If you see a NotePage key, delete it.
7) Reboot the computer.
Try reinstalling and see if you get different results.

| I did exactly as you said, deleted from the registry. Re downloaded and installed and it still wont run. Cheetah

| How very strange. I haven't seen this happen in quite a long time, a few years even. What version of Windows are you running and are you logged on as an admin class user, a 'power' user, or a limited user?
