Just based on what you posted, port 25 looks to be open on your network. You currently have the program configured to use Comcast's Relay Server but the Relay Server is notifying you that it requires authentication.
Natually, NotePager Pro doesn't have a way to pass said authentication.
If you would, please do the following:
1) Go to Start - Control Panel in Windows.
2) Go to Network Connections.
3) Double click on Local Area Connection.
4) Go under the Support tab.
5) Click on the Details button.
6) Write down the number sequences next to DNS Server.
7) Close the network connections and control panel.
8) Open NotePager Pro.
9) Go to Carriers - Edit.
10) Highlight your carrier and click on Edit.
11) Make sure the dot is next to "Deliver directly to Destination Server".
12) Type in the numbers you wrote down in step 6 into DNS 1 and DNS 2, respectively.

Couple things:
1) Cingular does NOT officially support SMTP - there is a document released internally that explains their stance - I've posted the text in this forum in the past. Feel free to email me directly off list and I'll forward you a copy
2) To see if their SMTP servers are rejecting the messages - check the email box associated with the sender you are using - any blacklist notifications should be there as bounced mail_________________ Aaron D. Osgood

You mentioned that you are using WCTP - you'll find SNPP is slightly faster. I'm glad it is working for you now_________________ Aaron D. Osgood
