New Nextel Hybrids?

Hello,

I have our NotePagePro system setup to work with multiple carriers here. Everything was working fine, until our employees got these new "Hybrid" phones. (Nextel IC502) Now they cannot receive any of our messages.

I was using snpp.nextel.com for Nextel messages, so does anybody know what I should use now to make this work with our new phones?

The issue is not the actual phone itself - I suspect that when the employee got the new device, the CSR at Sprint/NexTel made changes to the device's account in their system. You (or the person responsible for the device) will need to contact the carrier and verify that the device is provisioned for SNPP access
