When using Notepager Pro to contact Arch Wireless alphanumeric pagers through wctp protocol, the program returns error number 403 - invalid subscriber ID. Please help.

Arch is rejecting the PIN number you are using. Make sure you are using the full 10-digit phone number for the PIN number. Don't use a leading '1', spaces, or dashes.

I entered the 10 digit pager number without spaces or dashes and still got the same error message. Dialing this number on a telephone connects to the pager, but notepager comes back with the same error message.

thoughts?

last I heard, Arch still hasn't enabled access to WCTP for all their pagers. You should call Arch and have them verify that UVA (Universal Access) is turned on for your pager.
