Is there any functionality that will allow me to put someone in as a recipient and uncheck the GUI Client option and still be able to put them in a group and them get the page along with the group without them being out on the GUI Client. We have to make several groups and now a lot of people want to get sms messages on their cell phones along with their pagers and I don't want to fill up our recipient list in the GUI with multiple entries per person. I have tested this and if I uncheck the GUI client option in admin they won't be paged if I have them setup in a group.

Thanks

Chris

There isn't a way to have a recipient that doesn't have the GUI Client enabled paged by the GUI Client. When a message gets scheduled, the system checks to see if the module that scheduled the message is enabled for the recipient (or group of recipients) that have that module enabled.

I see what you're trying to do, limit the 'clutter' on the main recipient list but the GUI Client can't send messages to recipients that don't have the GUI Client enabled.
