Verizon failure- send still successful

Hello, I am having some issues with PageGate v4.0 with Verizon. PageGate gives a failed attempt message though the messages are successfully sent. I was told that this was a known issue with PageGate and Verizon, but have been unsuccessful so far in finding the solution.

How are your messages generated? Through the GUI Client or otherwise?

Messages are generated and forwarded by SQL database though I do not have specific information on this process as I am still trying to get ahold of the processes in place.

Trying to learn the processes and troubleshoot them at the same time.

If you would, email the pgdial1.log file from you PageGate directory to support@notepage.com - I think I know why the messages may be filtered but I want to have a look to be sure.
