Notepager Pro registered. When double clicking shortcut on desktop, I receive the following error. Run time error 380, invalid property values.
Program will not open. Computer is running on XP Pro, is a Pentium 4, 2 GHZ. Have 2 registered computers with Notepager Pro, 1 is working. Checked all properties for both computers, all seems to be identical. Help please.

Just a few questions to help us help you:

What version of NotePager Pro are you using?

Has the program been running for a while and has suddenly stopped, or are you just trying to get it working on this computer?

Do both computers have the same carriers, recipients, etc.? Would the databases be the same?

The problem began when our ACT software was being naughty, we shut down the computer (NP was minimized and closed out). Then when restarted computer went to open NP and got the error message and cannot get into program. Yes both data bases are identical. We are running version 3.

Here are a couple of ideas:

1. Copy the database file from the other(working) computer to this computer (npp.mdb)

2. In the NotePager Pro program folder this is a program named 'JetComp.exe'. You can run this program to rebuild the NotePager Pro database (npp.mdb).

3. Delete or rename the NotePager Pro database file (npp.mdb). If you do this you will have to re-enter all your settings and registration information. I would only recommend this as a last resort.
