Hi,

From the commandline I want to send at message "SMS server works fine" to phone number "+4511223344".

Can anyone out there show me the syntax from the windows command prompt.

Is it : sendpage -dir c:\xxx +4511223344 "SMS server works fine"

Or what?

Best regards
Michael

It depends on how you're going to be running the syntax, to tell you the truth. There are two ways.

This first way is how you write it in a batch file:

c:\asciipollingdirectory\sendpage.exe Bob Jeremy You're late.

Now, if you're going to do it by hand (as in literally open a command prompt and do the command), there's a little more to it.

The first thing you'll need to do is change directory to the GetAscii polling directory (whatever directory has the sendpage.exe file).

Then you run the command just like this:

sendpage Bob Jeremy You're Late

The above examples will send a message to the Recipient Bob from the Sender Jeremy. The message itself is: You're Late
