I am currently running Notepager32 on a Dell Desktop system with XP. The program functions properly on administrator level accounts. However, the limited accounts cannot load the program due to an error. When I try to launch the program on one of the limited accounts I receive the following error: Run-Time error '3043' Desk or Network Error.

Completely shutting down the admin accounts. It will not open on the limited accounts at all.

When you run NotePager 32 or NotePager Pro under a limited account, make sure you don't install it in the Program Files directory. The Program Files directory is a 'restricted' directory. NotePager 32 and NotePager Pro have to update the npp.mdb file located in the NotePager directory. If the NotePager directory is located under the Program Files directory, it won't run properly because Windows won't let the program update the database.

If you install the program to the root c: drive instead of the Program Files directory (c:\notepager\ instead of c:\program files\notepager\) it should work properly.
