Hi,
I am just beginning with PageGate and am evaluating it for future purchase. I am trying to use it to answer incoming calls with GetTAP. However the GetTAP service won't even start. (when I try to start it, it always stays in stopped mode, instead of switching to running mode.)
My modem is working correctly, I tested it with Hyperterminal like it is explained in your troubleshooting manual.
I am using a bocamodem 33 600kbps V34E.
I bet the Init string I am using is not valid.
Any help on this?

| Is GetTAP enabled (under Interfaces - GetTAP - Settings) as well as selected (under Program - Settings - Run on this Server)?

| Thank you that was the problem, I only enabled GetTAP in the GetTAP setting.

I have the same problem my GetTAP is enable and still Stopped.
Any hint?
